There
are many referral websites out there that
are looking for a piece of your commission
not this one! This site was created and
is maintained to help you tithe 10% of your
commission to an approved church. You can
look deeper into this Membership Agreement,
but you won’t find anything asking
for more of your commission. This is a genuine
ministry effort, created by two Christian
men.
We need to maintain the website and promote
the concept, so we do ask that you pay a
small membership fee of $20 a month to help
cover those costs. You can well imagine
it is going to be difficult to maintain
and promote this website with so little,
but we are praying we can do it! We have
the prayers of many supporters, as well,
we have faith this will be accomplished.
Our vision is that REFC becomes the Christian’s
standard for buying, selling or refinancing
their home!

card can jumpstart conversation and
spread the word.
- While you are getting your church
added to the approved list at REFC;
Ask your church to feature us in the
church bulletin.
- Ask them to link www.RealEstateforChristians.com
to their website. Clients who link
to REFC from your church will be
automatically matched with you.
- Write “Ask me about REFC”
on your correspondence with clients,
title and escrow.
